409 complained in the morning that they were very unhappy with their room. The sink wouldn't drain, or the shower, and they said it seemed as if the room hadn't been cleaned. I tried to get their information so we could reach out to them, but they were just unhappy and, in a hurry, and chose to leave.

Segura checking in tonight. Booking.com reservation, 2 nights. Will only be arriving tomorrow, but to not mark him as a no-show. Booking.com called and confirmed.
