Aarti - Audit shift - 05/13/25

 * # 216 guest checked came down at 1:30 pm with a video of bugs moving over the bed. He was very upset about it. I moved them to another room and marked that room out of service.

* # 419 guest has booked for another night using his reward points and checking out on 05/15. He came down in the morning and rechecked in the same room 

* #419, #434, #311 - Stay over service requested

* # 334, # 210, #230 made bookings for another tonight, so checked them out and re checked them in the same rooms. 

* # 418 guest Dalton/Orzel will have his girlfriend coming in later. He has added her name in the booking. Keys kept in the drawer. 

*#423 guest Hurtado/Roberto called to inform that an Amazon parcel would be arriving by 11 for him and to keep it in the back office. He will collect it later.

* 0 No shows. 

* # 227 guest has checked out early, she is due to check out tomorrow, it's an Expedia booking, check out in the system after audit tonight.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
