Aarti - Audit shift - 05/14/25

 * #328 guest - Grand secretary from the Grand Lodge of Oregon came down and said there were no towels kept in her room. She checked all over but could not find any. I did give her the towels but she said to make sure they are replaced daily for her. Added her room on the list for service. 

*#439 guest Carmona-Zimmer Elizabeth was told that she has a booking with us till 17th but could not find any booking from the ODJ dept. She has made a booking for the night, with her personal card. Will speak to her department tomorrow and come down to sort out the rate and further stay. 

* # 435 guest called to complain that the sink in the room is leaking and requested for towels to place it under the sink. Mat did check and placed towels. The guest said he would like to move his room tomorrow and would come down for that. Maintenance slip filled for the same. 

*# 423, #328 - Stay over service requested

* 01 No show - Waymire/Justine  CRS 43663190 - @ Brennon - booking was made yesterday itself, I have not charged the no show charges yet.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Alex B-shift 06/19/24

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
