 Andrew Belisle in 311 has an Amazon package in the back office, he will be by later today to pick it up.

* There was a call from the Holiday Inn central team regarding the guest Ford/Billy CRS 41870353 from the Adult Ultimate Frisbee Tournament in June. Guest is booked from 06/20 - 06/22 , however the guest said it should be a week before that and wanted to speak to Tiffanie. @ Brennon - Please inform Tiffanie to call the guest. 

*@ Brennon - Petersen/Loren  CRS 49002943 - from the Oregon Employment Department checked in 04/21 - 04/23 and was charged the normal rate. Guest wants the refund of the amount as it has to be on the Government rate. He was upset and said that whenever he has stayed here, there has always been some issue with his billing. 

* # 217 is a B2B stay over , he is out and will be coming back by 4 to re check-in, his stuff is on the room.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
