Rm 440 Was very upset we didn't have another room available for them as their room smells of heavy Smoke Wants discount as no other rooms available. Will come down and talk to manager in AM

Rm 242 Ask for Housekeeping to be more thorough in cleaning rooms as they found Tabacco chew, and spit can under bed and asked what's wrong with Wi-Fi? because none of their devices would work with internet. maybe something blocking the signal??

Rm 245 This Guest has called today to the desk and yesterday to fix their Keurig or a new one. nothing was ever replaced, and nothing fixed. They came and plopped their Keurig at the front desk.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
