 Floria has 2 rooms tonight, they had wanted connected room however we don't have king to king connecting tonight, I moved one to a TQNN double queen so the can connect, I have assigned 315 and 317

205 moved to 442 bugs in room. Me and Bryan went up and didn't see anything.

Woman called and stated her son runaway and wanted to know if he checked in here. I told her We don't check in minors and I would check in with the staff last night. She will call back. Very strange and eerie call. Tobin of Toby green shirt and camo shorts.

Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
