 Shayla Humphries had a reservation for yesterday and hadn't known about it. It had gone to no-show and we are sold out tonight. She was upset because she had prepaid for it and was not notified, I told her unfortunately it falls on her. She is held accountable to make sure you travel dates are correct. She was Very unhappy and said she will call corporate and complain. 

Michelle Parahniuk in room 434 checked in and out stating the room was to high and was promised to be on the ground floor. WE HAVE no rooms on first floor . She wanted a full refund for the room and i told her no. She left then came back in and stated if she's paying no one had better be in the room at 12 am as she will be in there to check. She called it a "double dipping" and said it will not be tolerated. She also grabbed everyone's card on the wall and she we will be hear from her lawyer due to her medical condition and not accommodating her lower. 

Quince tonight goes until 12am they have the suite 428 Noise completes will occur

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
