John - Audit - 06/22/25

  •  No Shows:
    • Langimeo, Terrellee (CRS 60587615) - Pre-Paid (Booking.com)
  • Nobody showed up for the Lobby shift (Again)
  • 210 called to the desk around midnight saying they could hear the guest in 211 and that they sounded like they were in distress. I checked on the guest in 211 and she said that she had been having a bad nightmare. No further issues.
  • Salem PD shows up @ 0720. They had a report of a car in the parking lot being broken into. Car belongs to Josh Rowe in 334. I called him down to talk to the Police Officer. The officer may need access to security cameras.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Alex B-shift 06/19/24

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
