John - Audit - 06/29/25

  •  At approximately 12am Dovere Jones checked in. Room was pre-assigned as 310. I checked him in and issued a key. He came down a few minutes later and told me there was already someone in the room! I moved Jones to 404. 310 was occupied by Mandhara Madow, who had a B2B reservation, which had not yet been checked in & had been assigned to a different room. He was initially checked in 06/26-06/28 into 310. He had a B2B reservation for 6/28, which got marked as a No-Show last night. I checked him in under his 06/29 reservation. Neither guest was very happy with the incident, but I handled it as best I could.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Once they arrive give them out when people had a rough stay or what something more to compensate them!
