 Guest in room 327 came down to complain that a dog barked in the hallway near them and claimed to 'nearly had a heart attack' and basically demanded me to move the guests with pets somewhere else and I had to explain that we are a pet friendly hotel and that unless the dogs are a clear and present danger that there is nothing I can do about it. Ultimately, the guest was a Karen and demanded my name to speak with the front desk manager.

Guest forgot their debit card and bought 19 dollars worth of snacks. the gave me exact change and i paid it with my card just a heads up
