To whoever is giving breakfast vouchers: make sure the room has it included or not! I had 2 rooms, 329 and 215 come down and ask for them and insisted that they got them yesterday. I didn't want to have an argument since they've been getting free breakfast for the past 2 days so I gave it to them BUT YOU NEED TO CHECK FIRST. 348 also doesn't have 

Old man taking groome wanted water, insisted on cash so took cash and used my own card to pay for the drink in the system.

Leah Torres PH:541-398-0021. Her card that she used to pay for incidentals was charged $115.00 even though our systems says she was charged $100.00. She is also complaining about a rude housekeeper though I don't know anything about this. She wants to speak to a manager about the extra $15.00 charge and that the card she used sent her a message that the hold will last for 20 days.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317
