218 to 236 old room smells of pee

Crazy Night 
Cops were called for 328 Lisa Volk she comes often. guests were concerned for her, so they called the cops.
 
We need to make sure if we talk to guest and we're going to move things around or change a reservation it is done or written down, so it's not forgotten. Third Parties should not be moved on dates.
If a Room has a back-to-back make sure we make new keys and give them new keys once checked in again.  Make Sure to just write all notes that are needed for next shift. 

Red Toyota Van in Parking lot with hazards on but couldn't find RM so will probably be dead by morning. 

RM318 requested Late check out 2pm Will be down to talk to manager for even later check out.
 
Overall, really busy and Tiring night. 

10:45pm someone took 2 waters and left upstairs i believe check cameras to charge her.
