Housekeeping Complaints About Sheets not being changed. Toilets not being cleaned. Not enough towels washed. Guests upset about no Towels.

" Steven needs a bonus because for the 4th day in a row I had to have him go up and clean up something housekeeping failed to do and he needs the recognition. " Saw this Note from Alex And I Extremely Agree! Not just today but every shift  he works and I'm here I see him go above and beyond for guests.

RM 448 added pet fee to room will come and charge different card for pet fee.  

Rm 207 called about extending room but its a Priceline told them they would have to make a new reservation and then let us know so we put it as a back to back and they will have to re check in.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317
