Matthew Greene in room 329 has a package in the office. called no answer to the room. 

423 checked out early today and left a couple items in the room. If the guy that is in charge of those group of rooms asks for it (450), it's in the office.

A couple came in today looking for a room, the woman's name was McKendra. She said they were with Shawn, and that he was going to be booking a room for them. Management let them know we couldn't do that, and that they would need to make their own reservation. They wanted to pay in cash, and left to go put money on their card. Per management, any team member rooms must be checked in by the team member making the reservation.
