 an ambulance arrived to pick up the guest in room 345. They did not inform me what happened but I am hoping things turn out alright 329: tv not working The guest in room 439 did not understand how free breakfast worked and I tried explaining it to them several times. I gave up and told the restaurant to give them one free kids meal. We need to be better at explaining how free breakfast. She is very confrontational and demands to speak to either Brennon or a manager higher than him. Brennon is aware that she is going to be calling again.
