 A lady waiting for the Groome Shuttle asked me to hold her car keys for her until her sister can come and get them. Apparently her Lyft didn't show and she had to borrow her sisters car & had no way of getting the keys back to her. Keys are in the right-hand cash drawer in an envelope.  251 is out of order to be spayed.  A blue Subaru is parked outside. She states she called and a manager said she can park for free due to medical emergency. I asked her who she talked to and she couldn't provide an answer. when I told her unfortunately she had to pay, she said she would get cooperate involved so I just had she write down  her info and let her go with her uber driver.  Rochelle Symons is due in today they will be late arrival 1am  Terin Mueller has 2 reservations tonight he is going to call Priceline to get a refund if he is unable to he will have a friend use the room. He called Priceline and they said they couldn't find a valid reservation?? confusing?? he is going to just utilize the room.

Guest in room 426 I called booking.com several times to verify the the card on file. waited on line and each time I spoke to a different operators

 251 came down after I checked them in and said they saw a bed bug. I apologized and offered to move them room but they didn't want to stay. It was an expedia res so I advised the guest to call them. They called me and I waived the fees and refunded the virtual card and canceled the reservation. I put the room out of service. James said he couldn't find anything so just freshen the room and it should be good 231 found a dirty cleaning cloth in the bath tub wasn't very happy 304 didn't have a remote in it so I had James take the one from 251 and put it in 304 so 251 will need one 250 came down and showed me a picture of a bag over the smoke detector. I apologized and moved him rooms. Had James go up and remove the bag room was good to go after that. Isn't this something housekeeping is supposed to check??? 309 is a B2B res same card on file so just check them out and back in I already made the keys for both nights

 All good. Security reported 2 more holes cut in the back gate parking lot. A guest may or may not make a complaint about me as last night he was in the parking lot zig zagging throughout the parking lot. I noticed him and asked him to leave the property however he had a room and was drunk. He went to his room without incident and apologized for his behavior.

 So we had a car in the back lot almost get broken into this afternoon around 5 or so. The guest happened to look out the window and saw someone messing with the car so ran out to stop them. By the time he got out back the person was at another car attempting to open it they yelled at them to get away and they ran off. The guest was nervous about staying parked in the back because he has a uhaul. He didn't want to park by the road either, so I told him it was ok to park close to the door for tonight. He is dropping it off tomorrow so it wont be an issue for the rest of the stay.  207 late checkout 1pm The man in room 201 seems sketchy. A Guy came and dropped him off. The man who dropped him off  gave me His phone number in case "there were any problems or something goes wrong"  The man also paid for the room and all charges. He may get things from the gift shop and add it to the room, the man had given permission. Homeless man came in and asked if he have free stuff I said no you have to leave the property he said he was waiting for his girlfriend to come get a room for him. I told him my system was down and I couldn't make him a reservation he left and hasn't came back. 

 Rm 220 had a B2B res, cc is not going thru, tried calling, not answering. Please try to reach and get checked back in. He was part of the Jehovah Witness group. I deactivated their room keys. On Expedia reservation for Sunny Kurtz, in Traces it says "Free dinner for 2 per day" I have never seen this, I printed the reservation off of Expedia, and don't see anything on there about it. I don't see where this is covered, but heads up.

Just a heads up for everyone Mary the lady that booked the Grand Lodge rooms is very upset. She insist that Tiffany not only messed the reservations up but overcharged the event. She states she was told the rooms were paid for in advance not when the guest checks and also that she wasn't informed of the dep for every room. She is very rude and likes to yell at you so be prepared Were almost out of breakfast vouchers so I made copies of them.  Everything is set and ready for the next 3 days. All rooms are assigned, please no room moves unless they are paying a upgrade or difference for the change. If they are, LOOK at the calendar first to make sure the room type it is available for all nights booked, not just the 1st night. One rollaway is sold for Friday night, so it is not available. That leaves two rollway's available, it will be first come first serve.  Same goes with suites and tqnn's, first come first serve. Room 204 is the ONLY one that has a pre-assigned rollaway for Friday. Please make sure it is not given out Thursday. You all will do great, Have confidence, don't rush, be friendly, all smiles.  Iris Stedman is checked in room 350 she will be here tomorrow get id and incidentals when she arrives. SHE IS ALREADY CHECKED IN. 350 in house dog feces was found outside room 414 however no one is in that room in the system. no sure what room may have a dog in it on the forth floor. The carpet will need to be shampooed tomorrow I wrote a maintenance request.

 Rm 306, checked out today, wants to know if they can get a credit for breakfast. Said they were not told that breakfast closed at 10am, thought they had until 11am when it was checkout. They were very upset about it. Rm 202 was extremely upset about her whole stay. Apparently she was moved from 248 for issues with cleanliness in there, then in 202 the fridge never got cold, even after maint looked at it, then she found a hair tie left in the shower this morning. Lastly, she had a DND sign on her door, and at around 10:30-10:40, buggy came in, did not announce who they were, it was not 11am yet, so she felt she should just go, she was extremely upset by this point. Said this was sup[pose to be here mothers day gift, a night away from the kids to relax, and it was completely ruined.

 Room 249 requested a stay over service for this morning. Hotel engine called from Priceline to add Thevaling Rejanth to Anton Gavrilov reservation for today as he may check in before Anton is able to make it. 403 1 pm late c/o 

319 and 321 moved to 349 and 351 due to loud noises. room 327 complained about noise above him kids running and jumping. A white pickup truck ran into another car in the parking lot. They left information here at the front desk.  I had a young lady named Amy Grazes call saying someone told her father he could drop of his car for her to use when she arrived tonight on the shuttle. She was calling because he flight had gotten delayed and she wont be arriving until early Monday morning now. Its a maroon Pontiac Grand Prix please don't tow it. If there's any issues please call her at 503 979 1283 Had to move a guest from 243 to 245 guest said it looked like the bed had been slept in 

303 (carson) is an arrival today. Hunter Paul will be checking in and putting his card down for deposit No shows has been an issue. Please take the time to check them in. lets start calling the due in reservations. Let come up with a way to stop the now show issue. 2 room today were no show with guests in the room. This leads to checking in a guest to a room with someone in the room. NOT GOOD!  Room 240 I have gave out a drink and snack voucher to make it right. Card was over charged Priceline reservation. Just leave it on my back desk when they redeem it tonight. 

 Guest in room 340 upset stated Tiffanie checked her in and she seen a charge for $100 on her account. I tried to explain it was only for the incidentals and would be returned once she checked but she was upset because she is low on funds and wasn't prepared for the deposit. I apologized and let her know management will be here in the morning if she would like to speak to someone else.

I had steven go check the room and he took pictures of it and sent it to the front desk email. He also said the room wasn't very clean either I tried to check a guest into 329 and there was already a guest in the room. I looked it up and 329 was charged as a NO Show on 5/1. I contacted the guest in the room and she said April gave her keys to they room and checked her in yesterday. No sure what happened. But the room is dirty and needs cleaned

 224 had a dog barking all night. there was also loud music but the guest doesn't know about it. the guest in room 226 complained. guest is being moved to room 304 ALWAYS ASK IF THE GUEST IS OKAY WITH BEING PLACED NEAR PET ROOMS.  Rooms 219 and 221 had bbugs (angels) in them. Rooms are out of order. Guest had decided to leave the hotel. 214 was a back to back it is checked in keys are under desk.

 328 already left can be checked out after audit  422 1pm c/o 238 came down right after I checked him in and he showed me a picture of the wall where it looks like a picture is missing. I told him he wouldn't be charged. I asked James if he knew anything about it and he said no. 214 B2B reservation I already put is card in the second res for the inc dep so he just needs checked out and checked back in
