I didn't want to have an argument since they've been getting free breakfast for the past 2 days so I gave it to them BUT YOU NEED TO CHECK FIRST. 348 also doesn't have  Old man taking groome wanted water, insisted on cash so took cash and used my own card to pay for the drink in the system. She is also complaining about a rude housekeeper though I don't know anything about this.  221&237 Customer claims they booked a 2 queen handicap room through booking.com but the only 2 queen handicap room was already booked. Customer was furious and demanded I give him an additional room free of charge. I explained that I didn't have the authority to do that, but we could book the second room, and someone could get back to him about a potential refund.  Guest in room 327 came down to complain that a dog barked in the hallway near them and claimed to 'nearly had a heart attack' and basically demanded me to move the guests with pets somewhere else and I had to explain that we are a pet friendly hotel and that unless the dogs are a clear and present danger that there is nothing I can do about it. Ultimately, the guest was a Karen and demanded my name to speak with the front desk manager. Guest forgot their debit card and bought 19 dollars worth of snacks. the gave me exact change and i paid it with my card just a heads up 347: 1pm late check out

11:15 PM, Received several complaints about a disturbance from a room on the 3rd floor somewhere around 315 but no one gave an actual room number. went upstairs to check it out and it seemed like the noise had stopped. I informed the security about the disturbance to have them check it out. around midnight Police showed up to check on disturbance in room 315 and seemed to resolve the issue, no complaints about them the rest of the night 438 requested 1pm checkout 433 requested 2pm checkout Zero No shows!! <3
