She had a Priceline booking but the booking set up was done incorrectly and deposit was not taken. So on checkout the incorrect card was charged. She was upset and wanted to make another booking for stay tonight with us, So I told her that the incorrect one would be refunded back  tomorrow but for now she would have to make another booking. She asked if she could make it with Priceline. She went out and came back but the booking was made for 05/01 - 05/02. Told her that this is for tomorrow and she started screaming and saying that there are ways of doing it and she has worked for years in the hotel and as an auditor I should do these changes. She also said that we would have done it for others and are not doing it for her.  She first insisted to speak to  manager so called Brennon and we refunded the incorrect charge. On check in the card failed and he tried another card which failed too. He was insisting to pay by cash as its not mentioned as per him. He wanted to speak to the manager and called his wife who was abusing and said this is ridiculous and has never come across a hotel who will not take cash. They were screaming and then finally went to deposit cash in the card through an ATM. Said we are making them go through this with two small children with them and were screaming that they will complain about this. They got back at 1.30 and the card went through. 409 complained in the morning that they were very unhappy with their room. The sink wouldn't drain, or the shower, and they said it seemed as if the room hadn't been cleaned. I tried to get their information so we could reach out to them, but they were just unhappy and, in a hurry, and chose to leave. Segura checking in tonight. Booking.com reservation, 2 nights. Will only be arriving tomorrow, but to not mark him as a no-show. Booking.com called and confirmed.

410  - Arrived around midnight as a walk-in. At about 12:30 AM they came down & said that the shower had mold in it and that they wanted a refund. I offered to move them to another room, but they declined. I set the stay to "0 days" and checked them out. I placed 410  OOO just in case. 446  - Extended for another day. She was in a hurry and said she would stop by the desk when she returns to get her Keycard renewed and settle her bill.
