She stated she changed 2 rooms already and the one she's in right now #239, the carpet is torn and the room has a smell. The first room the fridge did not work and the A/c too was not cooling, the second room there was only a single blind on the window. 415: stayover service requested 435 is requesting stayover service everyday. they will be out all morning so housekeeping can clean it everyday. it seems that Chris forgot to reverse a check in for a Jimmy Stumbaugh and left them checked in a room. They are calling to get a refund. For Housekeeping Manager: Ed Smith 503-508-2675. Wants to come in for an interview for a lobby attendant position.

  239 - Came down to complain that the comforter that his son was sleeping on had what appears to be a drop of blood on it. I apologized and had Lobby bring a new comforter. 1 No-Show. Payment Processed.

  306 - Mario Chavez (CRS 49961445) - I had issues running his CC. It would show "approved," but would not check him in saying " Unique ID is Missing FOR ROOM 306 " I checked him into the room under "cash," since the error seemed to be on our end. After the audit I was able to get his card to run manually.

Loud Lobby and pool some noise complaints but over all Lot of complaints about 4th floor kids running around RM 433 made all the complaints they wake up early. might complain in the morning.
