I changed the room and moved them to 413. Have kept 402 as dirty for the carpet cleaning to be done tomorrow. But they were down again as they were not happy with 413 as they said the bed sheets were not clean. I insisted that will get them changed but they said they are not happy with the general cleanliness and wanted to leave. Matt did check both the rooms and said 402 has a smell and the bathroom fan noise and 413 had some hair on the carpet which he cleant. They were asking for a refund and her husband said he will pass by in the morning and speak to the manager.
