 At approximately 12am Dovere Jones checked in. Room was pre-assigned as 310. I checked him in and issued a key. He came down a few minutes later and told me there was already someone in the room! I moved Jones to 404.   310 was occupied by Mandhara Madow , who had a B2B reservation, which had not yet been checked in & had been assigned to a different room. He was initially checked in 06/26-06/28 into  310 . He had a B2B reservation for 6/28, which got marked as a No-Show last night. I checked him in under his 06/29 reservation. Neither guest was very happy with the incident, but I handled it as best I could.  0 No Shows!

I reinstated the reservation and checked it in as an After Audit Check-In, made sure she was not double charged, since I had already processed the No Show payment, and checked her out and printed her a receipt.

Car belongs to Josh Rowe in 334 . I called him down to talk to the Police Officer. The officer may need access to security cameras.

 Shayla Humphries had a reservation for yesterday and hadn't known about it. It had gone to no-show and we are sold out tonight. She was upset because she had prepaid for it and was not notified, I told her unfortunately it falls on her. She is held accountable to make sure you travel dates are correct. She was Very unhappy and said she will call corporate and complain.  Michelle Parahniuk in room 434 checked in and out stating the room was to high and was promised to be on the ground floor. WE HAVE no rooms on first floor . She wanted a full refund for the room and i told her no. She left then came back in and stated if she's paying no one had better be in the room at 12 am as she will be in there to check. She called it a "double dipping" and said it will not be tolerated.  The room that was moved from 307 to 445 last night came down this morning to check out of both rooms. Housekeeping said they were still in the original room, and the guests seemed to be under the impression they had two rooms, however they only had one reservation Renee Jenkins # 64773911 checked out of 330 this morning, and it looks like the routing wasn't set up, so her personal card was charged Yasmine Wildman checked out of room 403 today and showed me some pictures of her room. Annie Hunt is in room 249, she originally requested a late check out, and then afterwards said she was making a new reservation for tonight and needed to put money on her card for the incidentals. I haven't heard back or seen from her since, so as of 2PM, I will be letting her know she needs to leave. UPDATE: She has paid for her next night, however she still has Jeff's jumper cables. He asked if we would please keep an eye out and remind her.
