{Miyache Asheworthe} - So I had to contact the police due to a couple of "traveling nurses" that I was very courteous and polite to upon checking in. I needed to restart the computer so I gave them a card to their room as they had left 2 separate cc cards to put down for their room. After trying several times to run their cards both were declined. I tried to reach out for another form of payment and was laughed at. I called security, then called SPD. Who removed them from the room. I also contacted April before doing so. I did everything in my power to accommodate them, they stated they spoke to Alex about splitting their bill. I tried splitting the bills in halve it didn't work, so I tried to just bill them for 1 night and their card still declined. They just didn't have enough funds. Please feel free to contact the security he can attest to everything.

 I checked a guest into 424 and the room was dirty. After looking into it I found that the room was marked as a no show stayover. Remember guys we need to be making sure these rooms get check in or that the room is at least inspected and empty. I had to move 344 to 416 because the room had trash in it and the sheets were dirty according to the guest  Also had to have lobby change the sheets in 211 because the guest stated they were dirty and black hair in them Holly Moore checked out of 235 today and believes she left a Walgreens med bag in the room.  PER BRENNON 222 has extended 1 more week but no one besides Scott Sims and his caretaker Randy Ramsey are allowed in the room.  I did not c/o guest in room 333, he is one of our frequent CLC guest that stated he may have to extend his room but would not know for sure until after 9 am. If he doesn't contact you by 11 am please check him out. He stated he would call oncoming staff to inform them of his status. Room 222 has had a lot of foot traffic of people trying to get inside of that room. However that guest that the res is under and the accompanying guest that is actually residing in the room  has not been here all night. A Caucasian lady with a bike & small dog has come by serval times trying to access the room and get  a room key. She even broke into the back door and I had to go to the room where I found her outside the door and asked her to leave.        Room 406 would like to change the rewards number on the res to his rewards number 23732479, his job made the reservation.  I had a guest inform me that they had 3 items in the dryer and it didn't completely dry them. Someone please look into it I had a guest inform me that when she tried to enter the side entrance with her dogs there was a gentleman that had his 2 dogs tied to the door. When she asked him to move them because she wasn't sure how her dog would react he told her no and opened the door and said she could just deal with it. She again asked him to move them he again refused. So she just rushed passed him and at that point he called her the bword. I had Jaselle from the restaurant come tell me she heard the whole thing and that he was no longer allowed in the restaurant. I had James go try and address him and let him know he cant act like that and they dogs cant be tied to the door. He became mad and started yelling at James.  when you put receipts under people's door, make sure it is for the right room. 204, stayover service the wrong cc was placed on room 223 and I called the guest down to put their actual card on file. They didn't have it with them and refused to provide one because "they didn't want to be charged twice." and I tried explaining to them that that won't happen but they refused to be reasonable and demanded to speak with a manager. Brennan I need you to call them and get their cc info but be warned they are rude and ignorant. UPDATE: Crystal Lee Cruz Garza is DNR (Do Not Rent). She has refused to pay for her room and was rude and nasty to everyone involved. She is no longer welcomed in this hotel and you are to ignore any and all requests from her

 Guest in room 446 Susan Haas is upset about her bill. Stated she was under the impression that her stay would be consistent with the amount she agreed to pay for the first night stay however there was a  price difference per day throughout her stay. She would like to speak to management however she will be flying for the duration of the day.   337 - Came to check in during B-Shift.  Mr. Davis was under the impression that his company had paid for the room Apparently, Alex asked him to run his card for Incidentals and it declined. According to Mr. Davis this is when he reiterated that his employer was covering the cost of his room and that the charges should be applied to the CC the reservation had been made with. However, it appears that the original CC# was lost when the payment method was set to CP. Alex told the guest that he would have to contact his employer to get the proper payment info, or he wouldn't be able to check-in. Mr. Davis left his belongings by the FD and left to contact his employer. Around 11:45pm Security asked me about a man asleep on the couch in front of the TV. I hadn't noticed him before. They woke him and asked if he was a guest. The man was Mr. Davis. he'd not been able to contact his employer & chose to crash on the couch.
