 Server went down today causing all opera operations in the hotel to go down. When calling opera support, we were not able to access the server, as the screen was frozen, they then contacted IHG support who bypassed the server to gain access to thru the front desk computer. If there are any more issues the IHG support ticket number is INC 5298034.

 Mr. Nelson got check in fine really nice guy 413 Tingle would like no information about her being here to be given out to anyone 

 1. A Priceline employee called to cancel a reservation early for guest Arianna Davis room  439. She would like a refund MC ending in 4878 confirmation # 84922936. 2. A lot of homeless traffic throughout the night. Oncoming kitchen staff were afraid to exit their vehicles due to the traffic in the parking lot.  

 Rm 225 can only have a late check out of noon tomorrow. There are only 15 check outs tomorrow. Late check outs are upon availability, they can't have whatever they want just because they are a member.

  All RV Guest get a breakfast ticket, however, most of them are only one person per room so you need to mark on the ticket if it is one or two people. Otherwise the restaurant will over charge the hotel for the cost.

 Kitchen doors were left unlocked over the weekend. Found the keys and locked the door.

 328 IS NOT TO BE RENTED TONIGHT. IT IS FOR IHG INSPECTOR TOMORROW. Jennifer hook had a canary however the card was declining. She will call the company in the morning to get an updated working card hers is on file right now and authorized. Switch card when we can. she said she will pay if she cant get ahold of her company and has to.   Brandon Dobar and Alok Shukla both have multiple night reservations. Check them in the Credit cards are already authorized. If by tomorrow check out time (11:00AM)  they have not arrived and you can not reach them by phone, check them out.

 When setting up rewards nights, be sure you are marking them tax exempt. When enrolling new members, be sure you are getting their email address. 3rd party reservations are coming in with 3rd party email addresses. Had prowlers in lot all night looked to be attempting to break into cars. called security to come. They reported no suspicious people or anything that looked out of place.

There are keys left at the front desk for the garbage people. They are on a orange sticky note on Right side computer.  No more Government rates on Friday and Saturday unless it is actual government travel. They have to be actively working.

Victoria Abraham originally booked a XEXN room but due to 427 Karla Young being upgraded we don't have a XEXN available. So Brennon had me move her to a XKLN and change the rate to 125 and give breakfast. Please make sure to explain this to the guest   Julie wanted me to leave a note about giving out the checks. The front desk staff must look thru the checks to find the checks for employees coming to pick them up.  Also we have 2 Cynthia Sanchez that work here now. 1 in housekeeping and 1 in the restaurant so when they come to get their check makes sure it says the capital grill in the upper left corner of the check  for the restaurant and PS investors for the housekeeper I had to toss out a bunch of stuff from the store today. Some of it expired in oct yuck!! So lets make sure were looking at the dates of things when restocking 427 spilled a latte with milk and turmeric in it. She tried to clean it but kind of stained.  1. Reggie Holcomb guest in room 222 needs management to contact him asap. He is with ODOT in the comment section of his reservation it states direct bill R/T get cc for inc. However he stated he told whomever checked him in that the bill should not be a direct bill and the entire charge should be billed to his personal credit card. He stated ODOT has been having a lot of billing problems with IHG. He was upset and stated ODOT will no longer be staying at IHG in the future. He would like management to call him asap.  2. I was unable to check out Catherine Keeton 338 her card failed. Unfortunately She left while I was completing my Audit. Please contact her for another form of payment.

 Anthony Jackson is checking in tonight. He called saying his ID is expired and wanted to make sure he could still check in. I spoke to Taslima and she said as long as the name and picture match the guest and credit card being used we can use it. Anthony Jackson is checking late tonight. He doesn't get to Portland tell 11 so don't run audit tell like 2 or so. There is a blue cane in the closet that was left in the lobby on 1/21/24 forgot to put it in the log yesterday. Not sure if it was a guest or someone from the shuttle.

 238 John Norton is a back to back reservation but didn't come check back in this morning. So you still need to check him back in Lorenzo Rodriguez checked out on 1-20 and called today saying that he was still waiting for a package to be sent to the hotel. He would like to be called when we receive it so he can have it forwarded to him

 Rodriguez CLC has 3 reservations they are all checking out tomorrow lets be sure to Check them out in the CLC Website  

 OMG computers are dumb lol. Opera went down last night. Kris was able to call and have support run audit for her. The audit papers still need to be printed and emailed once opera is running.  I called opera support and they got opera running on the right computer but when they tried to get the printer running then opera stopped working again. The left computer opera hasn't been working all night There is a red jeep Cherokee plate# DUV795 that his in the parking lot. His flight got delayed and groom canceled his ride so he will be in to pick up car when he can. I didn't even see a jeep Cherokee on the groom long term parking list. Funmilayo Ogunrinde car is parked in long term parking but the computers were down when she came in so I couldn't charge her. She didn't feel comfortable with me copying here credit card but said if we called her number on file that she would give us the # over the phone JULIE wanted me to leave a note about checks being picked up.  1. Room 224 received a package it's in the back office. Please be sure to deliver it to him upon check out. 2. Guest in room 446 truck was broken into. They broke his window to gain entrance and stole 2 duffle bags of his clothes. I advised him to call the non emergency number to make a police report. There is glass in the middle of the parking lot.       3. Room 433 needs a s/o mainly towels is what he requested.

 Sharon Fate called saying she wont be able to pick her car from the long term parking tell Wednesday or Thursday due to the weather issues were having.  Shawn called and if there's any large groups that check in tonight he would like a message so he knows if he needs to call in more housekeepers.

Please be sure CLC reservations are getting checked in and out on the CLC website. If you have not been shown how to do this, personally ask myself or Brennon. Ethan Fischel, room 232, from Brennon blog yesterday, cancelled remainder of stay this morning and was advised he is still charged for last night. He then called back at almost 3pm asking to be refunded, saying he said he told Brennon he didn't know if he was going to make it. I advised him I would speak to a manager. If he calls back, advise to call back and speak to Brennon.

 Due to the weather and traffic accident on I-5 Tony Alverez crew was unable to show up at 11 pm. A few showed up between 2 am - 4 am. And majority showed up around 6:40 am this morning. I discussed the situation with April. 

 409 12 PM checkout A crew is checking in around 11 PM all charges to card on file. Make sure we email the receipts at check out. They will check out around 6AM in the morning. All under name Tony Alverez Room 232 Is checked in They will be in early in the morning. Get ID and make him keys to the room once he arrives.

  Charles Hankins DO NOT RENT!!!! As expected, he tore the room up and did a lot of damage in room 212. 💥PLEASE EVERYONE, PLEASE try to use good judgement. If they seem shady, off, homeless, or whatever, DO NOT RENT to them!!! Tell them computer is down, sold out, card reader isn't working, whatever. This is the 2nd room this month destroyed. Room 207 card is declining I have locked the guest out of the room. The room had been extended without receiving payment. If a Guest is extending their reservation we need to authorize the card for the additional amount needed. If there is a concern, such as the reservation is saying it will overbook, just let them know either it is not available or to speak to Myself or April in the morning. If you have a question or concern on how to extended and authorize the card for additional money please ask.  STEP BY STEP BELOW LOCATE THE RESERVATION -> OPTIONS -> CREDIT CARDS -> AUTHORIZATION -> ADDITIONAL -> AMOUNT WILL AUTO POPULATE -> OKAY  212 has not come back to get another key to his room. If 212 comes asking for a key have him take a seat and let him know the key machine is down. Call Cops and have him trespassed. If you feel like he is aggressive take your phone and run to a lockable area bathrooms. Let night lobby know about this individual and to keep is radio close and on.

 - The left till computer is down because of course it is - 212 is housing Charles Hankins. He is dangerous and crazy. Heather Grimm is not allowed in the building, she is a previous employee, living in her car parked on the street next to us. She has short gray hair, blue eyes, and usually a pretty heavy 5 o'clock shadow.  Overflow for Headstart in February, have them call Double Tree, they have a block set with the $113 rate, same as us.

 I had a guy with a CLC card come in wanting 2 rooms. When I tried to set up the direct billing for the reservation it wouldn't give me an option for the active CLC AR account. So I called Brennon and he tried to walk me thru how to fix it but either I'm to blonde or the system just doesn't like me but I still couldn't get the correct CLC AR account. So Brennon said just to check them in under cash. Its rooms 340 and 341 under Manuel Anaya. I was able to check 1 room in on the CLC website.  So 348 Michael Bravo is another CLC that I couldn't get the correct CLC AR account to pop up so I checked it in under cash. April I'm off tomorrow but will come in before u leave to have u show me how to do CLC correctly.  Rm 204 has 2 dogs, I charged pet fees and called, lvm, dog is barking. Rom 308 we have had none stop issues with. First we didn't know who she was, in the back parking lot with bags and trash all outside her car for over 2 hours, then she loaded up a cart and went to 308. She was advised check out is at 11am, only members get late check out. I asked her to bring the cart back as it's the only one we could locate and she said she has a number, would bring it to me when she brought the cart and got breakfast. A few minutes before 10 she came to the restaurant, no cart, I asked for both cart and number, she said she was rushing to get breakfast, she would go get them, didn't order breakfast. At 10:30 Shawn knocked on door as we had reports smelled like smoking fentanyl, she was in the shower. I called her at 11am, she said she would call me in a few minutes, still showering. At 11:25, tried calling, no answer, Shawn went and knocked with witnesses, advised she needs to check ...

 206 came down stating his room wasn't serviced today. Can we please make sure to let house keeping know about this in the morning 425 12pm C/O  419 & 421 Miller came to the desk around 930pm stating that when she made the reservation she made sure to include breakfast and that it would cover all 8 guests that would be in the rooms. When she checked in Alex informed her that her breakfast only included 2 adult breakfast per room and she was upset. She said he was going to see what he could do but she didn't hear from him so she came down. I apologized for the misinformation but that the breakfast was only for 4 people in 2 rooms. I did see that she was a platinum member so I told her that what I could do this 1 time was give her another 2 vouchers 1 per room for her amenity of 2 free breakfast. She said thank you and that Alex had even mentioned that she got bonus points or amenity to choose from.   438 1pm C./O.

 ALL DAY THE RIGHT COMPUTER WILL BE DOWN IT WILL BE BACKING UP ONTO A HARD DRIVE. SO WE CAN RETAIN ALL THE INFORMATION ON THE CPU. THE ONLY WAYTO PRINT IS ON THE BACK COMPUTER. 

We need Julie to order more labels for the wifi we are out  When I tried to charge out the no shows 301 John Brooks didn't have a card on file to charge the no show fee. Remember getting a credit card is required to make a reservation I also had 2 of the national guard guest not show up but I'm not sure if I post the no show fee to the reservation or to the national guard pm room?? Also wasn't sure if the reg cards from the no shows got put with the audit or just tossed so I did put them in the audit packet.  

 305 is a back to back reservation. 318, 320, 322 Brummond Rooms are checked they will be in at either 6-7 or 11-12 have them sing the reg cards and check id update info on file if needed. Card on file for all charges via canary. make them there keys once they arrive for all three rooms after id is verified and reg cards are filled out. Breakfast coupons are left for ross taylor and SNOW COLLEGE GIVE THEM TO HIM when he comes for them.

 Nothing exciting happened during the evening. When I opened opera around 615ish it popped up with an error message of     INNCOM INTERFACE NOT RUNNING & MICROS 3700 ENHANCED INTERFACE NOT RUNNING.   I called Opera support and they wanted access to the server. I called Brennen and got what he thought was the password but it wouldn't work. Called him back and told him and he came in to fix it. Cause he's awesome like that

401 Was smoking in the room. we will need to force though the Smoking fee as the card is declining. 202 CLC left his wallet in the room, he will be coming back for it. It is in the Right till drawer. 

  Washer and Dryer price is now $2 each. Parking is now $11 a day. Employee market discount is gone right now, we are working on getting it back.

 Please call Rm 404 this evening and let him know he has two packages down here. Rm 333 already knows she has a package here. And Rm 205, Justin knows he has a package here, he is the one with dreads.

 1. When dropping off receipts outside the door of room 339 smoked like cigarette smoke. He checked out this morning.  2. Room 203 and 214 are traveling together. 203 is a diamond member and requested a late check out. I told her the latest she could check out was 2 pm but she stated they leave before then. She also requested a late c/o for her son in that's in 214. He has dog, I will ask oncoming staff to double check to make sure I charged his room correctly for the pet fee.

 Rm 404 has two packages in back area. IVAN PEREZ-- DO NOT RENT TO!!!!  Rm 324 was caught smoking, ash in the hallway in front of door, then he opened door when Shawn was outside, he told him he can't smoke in the room and would be charged. I called, 5 minutes to 11am, advised he has to leave for smoking in the room, and was charged. He said ok thank you, have a nice day. After inspection of the room, several items are damaged, lamps, tv, linens. We have picture proof and have charged him, $300 smoking fee, and $1000 in damages. Rm 320 wants to move to rm 333, I have already moved her in the system, made keys, just make sure she brings old keys back. Also, have lobby check that her door is closed. She also has a package in the back.

 1. Room 320 Elana Kerrigan is a frequent guest that loves to stay in room 333 however the room was occupied. She would like to switch rooms to 333 after the room is  cleaned. She is here on a business trip  for 4 days. So if you guys can please accommodate her I would truly appreciate it.   2.A lady walked in stating she was going to room 221. Unfortately I called to verify if she made it to that room, which she didn't. So security showed up and we both walked the halls and stairs and couldn't locate her.  3

 The only thing I have to report is that when I checked in room 205 Carlos Coleman I didn't realize that the routing for the r/t wasn't set properly. Tiffanie made the res and noted that VS ending 5379 was only for the r/t and I didn't look and make sure she had set it properly for the incidental credit card so when I checked in the guest it authorized the whole stay on his card not the company card. I looked in canary for the card number but had no luck finding it. Please get the correct card number from tiffany so the right card gets charged. -- Fixed AJ

🎇 Rm 324 is very odd and creepy. Do not say his room number out loud when he is around. Also, if he asks for a new room, tell him no. If he doesn't like it, he can leave.
