He was evidentially in house all night. I was honestly pretty confused by the situation, and he left before I could inquire further. Management should follow up . Sara Castaneda called. Use Card on file for all charges for both rooms.

 0 No Shows! 427 moved to 450. When she went upstairs the door to 427 was ajar & she said she was "afraid to go inside." I advised her that I could move her to 450, but that it was a different room type. She didn't care. Lobby was not here so I checked 427 myself. The door was ajar, but nobody was there and nothing looked disturbed.
