 Cannon Glover was in the system for one night however asked to extend, I extended it being it was a hotel collect. Just make sure you ask him if he is indeed staying 2 nights or one. if one just change it back. -Done-AJ

 *Rm 333 is in "Clean" status, James tried shampooing some spots, they are not coming up. Please check with Brian and Shawn on what they want to do. *Moved rm 310 to 418, said ac units and whatnot were too noisy. *I allowed rm 328 to park under the canopy, people were eyeing the bag and they are a Platinum member. *If rm 228 needs to redeem any food vouchers, you can wait until I come in if you have any issues.  Upon coming on shift someone set a tote full of items on fire on the sidewalk. Cynthia was able to put the flames out with the fire extinguisher. The fire department showed up watered the the tote down and asked that we wait awhile before putting the items into the trash bin. Matt later disposed of the items. The extinguisher was placed in a bag in the hallway by Jeff's office.  Christopher O'Toole is has a suitcase that he will be picking up sometime today it's located in the back office closet with his name and contact info attached.         A Guest in 318 got upset because his reservation did not include Breakfast. I politely explained this to him but he became angry. Brennon can you please take a look at room 347 Reservation. I seen your comment about a rollaway $15 fee however I never processed that before or heard of it so I wasn't sure if it was already included his fee at check in. Please advise.             ...

 Bustos Group all are checked in and keys are made left at front desk with sticky notes.  Luggage in back for Liz Corber, She is arriving April 1st. Her bag can remain in the closet until she arrives. Johnny Bullish in room 347 has a rollaway bed he is aware about the $15 bed fee. Post the fee once he is checked in.

 There was a skinny white guy in a puffy black jacket that was very hostile to the security. the police arrived looking for a Sammy Baughman because he stole a car. he's white and on crutches.

 AUDIT: there have been a few complaints about the wrong receipts ending up in the wrong rooms. 217 a 2pm late check out.

 * BRENNON - Gordon Duncan, had two rooms thru expedia, one under Corbin Duncan, on March 19th, got charged no show, was meant to be booked for July, has 8 rooms coming then. Wants to see if he can get it reversed since he is bringing in more rooms and it was an accident, 541-579-1842.

 Please take a look at room 309 reservation he originally made a reservation via Priceline but shown up as I was running audit, so his reservation as marked as a no show. I tried to reinstate his account after the audit was complete but was unable to check him in. I had to make him a new reservation. He would like to speak to management. I let him know April will be in at 7 am.  There was a lot of foot traffic for room 419 several people about 5 kept coming to the door saying they left there key in the room some mistakenly saying they were in room 219. I let them know I didn't have a guest in that room. They all looked sketchy which is I why I wanted to verify the room before allowing them access. eventual the guest who name is on the reservation showed up produced his I.D

 Room 422 is a 2pm Diamond member.

 Busy with the reception!  CLCs are checked in in opera and CLC website A couple complaints about the event. Loud noise Me and Tas will handle the Complaints. If people are upset at check out just let them reach out to me or Tas regarding the issues.

 Doors locked 12am room 245 had guests staying with her (daughter and daughter's boyfriend) the couple were fighting out by the parking lot security said if they came on to property and continued to fight to call. they came on to property i warned them 2x and had to call security he came in to do rounds and the couple went up to the room where they proceeded to be loud, and security escorted them off the property. Salem PD arrived and took the guy into custody and asked that the female be allowed to return to the room with her mother and children due to her being the victim of domestic violence. I allowed her back in asked Police to escort her directly to the room which they did and she has remained quite. had 2 no shows Room 217 Kayla Cooper has billing issues her card has been over charged she says. she is an employee and im confused why her card has so many charges i could not answer her questions but it really needs to be looked over. she has 2 cards she used and both were char...

I checked a guest into 323 which should of been a clean room and wasn't. Guest said the floor was very dirty and hadn't been vacuumed and there were pubic hairs in the bathtub. This has been happening a lot 333 2pm c/o

 Arriving today is Katie Moore, it looks like the canary was never sent back. I have tried to contact her but failed too. She will need to use her card or contact her contact company to receive the canary form prior to check in. Alverez room 431 is a back to back (b2b) res for tomorrow  Sunday morning we are needing to call maintenance to open the meeting room for decorator named Surrender. 

 Doors locked 1130 pm remained locked all night Security ran a tan vw out of back parking lot said they were waiting for a grandparent. If it returns call security. Please be mindful of the printer in the office it is damaging the white board by being pushed against it. Room 424 Sink is full AGAIN. Room 350 checked out through CLC fine but when i try to check out of opera i got a message that says there is no AR account for this profile. would you like to make one.   NOTE FOR JEFF room 333 would like maintenance to reset their tv saying channels not coming in or not working. Wants to watch the local news however the tv is not letting her.

 Someone by the name Feora is trying to get into contact with guest in room 206. I tried to give the room a call but did not get a response. Feora left her phone number 971 - 453 - 3437 and asked that it be passed along and requested a call back from the guest. How do you transfer calls??? After logging into my account I am unable to log into the key card maker. Luckily Cynthis didn't log out and I was able to use opera under her account but logged into opera under my name.

Amanda Hill of room 223 checked in room 3/15 but didn't like the room, didn't allow front desk to help and left demanding a full refund. Brennon tried to deal with them but they were very rude, dismissive and unhappy with a 50 percent refund despite the fact that they're room was checked in. A Karen Power checked out of 214 on 3/11 and left behind a purple. its here and they will be picking it up on April 4th of next month. It will be in the closet.

 assigned room 215 to a guest only to have them return to say the room was dirty. i checked the room and found the bed covers on the chair garbage in the can ant bait on the night stand. double checked the room availability and it was last occupied and checked out of yesterday 03-15-24. moved guest  closet in the north hall(rooms 433-451) of the 4th floor is not locked it appears that someone broke into it at some point and damaged the door. security brought it to my attention. my concern is that it is a spot that someone could slip into and go unnoticed for who knows how long. this closet no longer locks.

 233 428 421 423 all b2b reservations I had a guest call and book under the Grand Lodge of Oregon group and thought they were supposed to be paying for it but the reservation says all charges covered. Alex can u please reach out to Tiffany and verify if the guest is paying or if all charges are covered. Can u also please call the guest Pattee McConnell back at 541 771 5315 and let her know if she needs to put her cc down or if its being paid for. Thanks. She already has a reservation

 I noticed a woman and a man in the parking lot on my way in looking through cars I asked them to leave. I was a lot of foot traffic last night but no disturbances.  A man came by and stated he left his laptop in the restaurant, I told him I wasn't informed of a missing laptop and didn't read of it in blogs. I asked that he come back once the restaurant is open to inquire about it. Although I later saw a laptop in the back office but am unsure who it belongs to.

 Room 302 will need the gates opened for his semi truck at around 1:30am 328 wants a 2pm late check out Darrel Brown is leaving a trailer in our back parking lot and will pick it up in the afternoon tomorrow. 308 wants a 6am and 630am wake up call

  room 301 is a b2b keys are under shelf between desks.  Tills continue to be off so please make sure you are counting them every day. We should not be taking cash. lets please only take if its a need too and if so please print me off a receipt and a note explaining why you took cash. EXP: Took 2.00 cash for tide pod. it has been dropped in the safe.   OR Guest was a Diamond member and wanted to pay cash for Iced coffee. Did not have card so took 4.00 and dropped it in safe. But please lets limit it as best we can. Should not be on a nightly basis. We are going to be receiving calls for the Thespian Society there is not a group block however per Tiffanie (sales) we can offer the rate of $124 for individuals attending the festival.   Luggage in office was left by a guest, she will be returning to check in later this evening.

Reg Cards do get pulled and put in the audit file for the night. However i do not pull cards of guests staying longer. i figured its a good plan to keep them with the registered guests and to file them on the day they check out instead of down the road if anything comes up not know exactly on what day to have to search for the card. anyway i will get clarification from Taz. Seems there are a lot of different ideas on several things and how they are to be preformed.  301 has not had turn down service at all and requests that house keeping clean her room daily  Ran Housekeep report with the stayover and not reserved printed on the report per management. When taking deposits can you please set the routing correctly by opening the 2nd window. when i see the deposit has been taken i assume that the rest of that function is done as well and find when i run my folios that i have to go back in and open the window and transfer the deposit. They are supposed to be pulled for day of check ins audit and go in that audit packet every night. I keep having to pull them as I'm putting others away

  222 2pm c/o FIRE ALARM went off but then reset itself. I need a refresher on how to turn it off and or the manual to do it please.  City of Salem 911 dispatch called trying to figure out which room a caller was in who had called 911 I guess from their cell phone. Dispatch gave me 2 names neither were registered guests here. Please double check the routing to ensure our guests are not troubled by the wrong charges.  Room 445 Emily Sharfe central called me and said that the check in date for this guest was wrong she was to check in today the 8th and out on the 9th. i had already checked her in as i have been directed by brennen to do with no shows so this morning i posted a negitive 142.00 to negate the charge from last night and extended her reservation to the 9th. however by doing so i over sold the block rooms. this was the best i could do . there is another guest with the same issue in room 315. mrs. leigh Yandle.               ...

 Jonathan Jones Room 328 was not checked in Completely. The payment method was changed to CP and I changed it to cash to check it in. They are here, being the reg card was filled out. We need to reach out to them and find out what card we are collecting for payment. The reg card said card number ending in 0146 however this may not be the case.

 Room 245 moved to room 205 so she could see her car from her room.  210 had a lot of people going up and down through the night. Checking out today hopeful no trouble has occurred

 A lot of people people wandering in the parking lot. Once I arrived front Door was locked. Thank you Cynthia for displaying a best practice in security making sure the guest and employees are safe and secure. Once again door must be locked nightly.  

 Very quiet night no issues to report. The guest in 224 is here due to a house fire. She has 2 dogs but all of their leashes were destroyed in the fire she will get more in the morning but dogs wont be leashed tonight. Well behaved dogs though so don't see any issues

 I had to call the police as a homeless man tried to enter the building, rambling nonsense, kicking off his shoes and throwing his body against the locked closed door. The police took him away, there is no damage to the door.

Do not rent 229 has a funky smell  I spoke wit Caileen from Fox World Travel who books all the Ashley Furniture's room and they were confused about the credit card auth form. I verified the number we had on the auth form was the same as in the reservations and told her that since I had spoken directly to her I would just use that one and update the reservations Had a guest in 348 had issues with connecting her MacBook pro to the internet tried everything I knew to help and still wouldn't work so I suggested trying to call the number that is on the link that pops up for the password and they told her to contact the front desk. So not sure how that really is customer support  Brian Lewis staying in 448 and checked out 2/29 believes he might of left his debit card in the room.  *Rm 418 needs a new credit card. Authorization was not taken when he was extended and the card is not going thru. I have not been able to reach the guest, so we have locked his key out. When he comes in, please get a new card or authorization.

It did look like an old burn spot The coach for the Mazama robotics group is in rm 342 if there's any issues just call her Around 1030pm I had a white guy blue jeans white shirt dirty looking come in and go straight to the elevators. Security had just got here so I asked him to follow the guy and make contact. Sure enough the guy wasn't a guest and tried to make excused to be on the 4th floor. Security escorted him out of the hotel and told him not to return....

 Room 440 is going to leave their luggage at the front desk and pick them up later same day after their convention Security is training a new guy, don't be surprised.

1) billing issue that i could not figure out and had to do a cash payment to be able to run my Audit. i tried reaching out to anyone but got no response and figured it was better to have to go back and fix it then not run audit i left the receipts and information about the issue with Alex as well as put a copy of it on the back computer for April or Brennen 2) a guy was seen by restaurant staff member leaving with a pillow off the couch. The incident took place around 6am i am assuming the man was homeless but i did not see him. - issue corrected by Alex

 The keys that we have are all the keys we have until Monday when we get our order. So try to only give 1 key if possible William Castleberry wont be in tell around 1am to check in so please wait to run audit tell after they arrive I had a lady come in at 10 pm saying her car battery had died in the road she had pushed it into the parking lot tell morning.
