 Raymond Reyes was terribly rude to me, creepily asked out Kayla from housekeeping, reeks of weed (probably smoking in his room.) and demanded I have his room cleaned again and the encounter felt threatening to me. I highly suggest that we put him on the blacklist and tell CLC lodging to stick him somewhere else. He screamed and yelled at a housekeeper who was cleaning his room at the time. I think this guy might be a danger to staff and I think for everyone's safety he should be removed. 450 wake up at 5am

 Received complaints about Rm 236 knocking on the doors and running and being loud throughout the halls. Security & lobby staff Taye checked on the matter it was taken care of. Cal Orlauski a shuttle customer left a letter for his aunt Susan Graf to be picked up sometime this afternoon. It's located on the right register. Guest in room 312 stated he called earlier yesterday afternoon and made a reservation for 6 / 15 / 24 with a mall staff requesting 2 TQNN beds. However the res was made for today and I informed him of that and stated we only had king beds at the moment. He became upset and wants management to reach out to him. I switched him into a king room and Lobby was later able too locate a rollaway bed. 336 would like to know if he could get a prorate for checking out early . Will be leaving tonight at 7 pm, would like management to call him before then. 202 stated he can not his chair upright it's stuck in recline mood would like someone to look at it today.

Since Housekeeping had the room marked "Inspected," I checked them out of Opera before I ran the Audit. 440 -  Requested a 1200 check-Out. 414 - Asked if he could "be placed on a list to extend" until July 11th. I told him I'd pass the request to management.// He's been extended. Why didn't you just to it when they requested. It doesn't have to been done by a manager

 BUSY!!!  329 is out of order guest said she saw bed bugs in rooms she sent pictures to expedia and they insisted i comp here me and Bryan went up after the fact and didnt see anything. I told her to send the pics to me at fom email and haven't received them. Have her check out, she ended up moving rooms ill handle billing. Zimmerman is checking in tomorrow morning. he will checkout at 2pm platinum member. room 321 hasn't came in tonight he will be in in the morning i told him we will check him in tonight and have a key ready tomorrow for him

227 late check out at 1:30pm. 419 late check out at 2pm Debbie hurt her ankle, wont be back till Friday. Matt will be taking over. 430 wake up call at 5am John accidentally deleted a CC for a reservation that has been moved to a pm room 9016. they need to be contacted tomorrow, they weren't picking up today and I didn't have a lot of time to contact them.

 *Rm 333 is a B2B, he is suppose to come down and check back in. *Rm 308 is also a B2B, he has not checked back in yet either.

 Alma Perez had three rooms reserved for 06/10 but didn't show until around 0600 6/11. Reservations were marked as no-shows. I called April and she advised me to get them into their rooms and she would instruct me on how to reinstate the reservations and check them into the system when she relieves me at 0700. The other 2 reservations are under Delia Perez and Bulmaro Perez. They were all booked at once via Expedia.com. Filled snacks to the best of my ability, but we appear to be out of Milk and Smart Water in the storage closet.

209 - There was no hair drier in the room. Lucky was able to locate one for them. 306 - Parked his vehicle in front of the hotel due to his expensive DJ equipment being inside. He said that he had talked to management and gotten permission.

 333 is a stayover. I already got the card for incidentals and verified everything so just check out and back in April Shawn had me put 441 on change but it gave me trouble the first time I tried to set it so can you please make sure it comes back on the board for tomorrow to be cleaned

 423 checked in late Friday night and when he got to the room is was trashed. There were dirty towels in the bathroom the shower had used products in it and the beds were unmade. This room definitely didn't get cleaned after the last guest. I looked in the system and according to opera 423 was last used and checked out on 6/2 and no room moves since 5/31. This keeps happening on Shawn's days off. We really need to figure out.  Guest is supposed to send an email to front desk with pictures.  He really should be comped

 Guest in room 438 called and complained that their room was dirty, the floor was not vacuumed, and the bedding was dirty. I sent Matt up to give new bedding : sheets & blankets.  He entered the room and stated it was in fact dirty. Unfortunately I was unable to switch them rooms due to use being full. 423 checked in and the room was also dirty with no towels. Please inform Shawn please.

 Brennon the room I called you about the food and beverage credit is 328 he used 1 voucher. Please don't forget I had to cancel 2 reservations for 6/14 due to overbooking.  Mike Marazzani which was an expedia res and Kyelee Johnson which was a booking res. I went on to both extra nets and canceled them and also left messages on the phone numbers on the reservation.  Remember when having to cancel due to overbooking we always look at 3rd party's first and the newer reservations get cancelled before older ones and try NOT to EVER cancel an IHG member

 244 Abby Guzman originally was due to check in on the 3rd but her commanding officer forgot to call and change the arrival date so she was charged as a no show. I reinstated the reservation can someone make sure to remove the no show fee for them or at least change it from no show to accommodation's please

 Jennifer Poindexter Rm 327 called, said husband coming to check out, told her I can cancel tomorrow night, but will still be charged for tonight as it was 2:50pm when she called. Said she was told they would be fine if they let us know by 4pm, I don't know who told her that.

 Around 0300 a gentleman named Michael Fraker came in to make a reservation. He was on foot and carrying a lot of bags and things. Might be homeless, but sketchy at the very least. I advised that we had no rooms available to check into at that time, but he said he wanted to reserve a room for Monday thru Wednesday. I set up the reservation for him, but he did not have a valid CC. He said someone would be paying for him and that he would be back & left without issue. He came back briefly a few minutes later because it was raining outside (I don't think he had a car), but I told him that wasn't allowed and he left again. He never returned with a CC, so I cancelled the reservation.

 Put an extra pillow into Rosa's room. She will be checking in today 223 is out of order keys set aside for guests checking in who's already checked in. hand keys over to whoever's name is on it

 I had to call 911 for a guest in room 210. He and his guest took 750 mg of edibles and he vomited all over the room then passed out. Before passing out and after throwing up he complained of chest pains and his guest stated he just "passed out" and she was worried about his well being and asked if I could call for help. The EMT is still on the property at this time. They requested towels and the lobby staff took some up however they refused to open the door after the EMT left. The towels remain outside of the room. 349 & 412 is a 2 pm late c/o.

 411 12pm checkout for tomorrow 6/2/24 Perea is clc check it in she will be here in the tomorrow possibly in the morning 323 said we lost her bracelet, she states that if we cant find it by tomorrow we "need" to write her insurance a letter.
