 Room 409 is adamantly requesting a breakfast voucher and isn't taking no for a answer. Another voucher was given this morning. Guest in room 325 came down this morning again requesting her points be placed on her rewards points IHG # 386139934 due to she had to pay for her room instead of her company. She also requested that the points go to her on her next stay 03 / 18 / 24. I let her know I would relay this to management.  Guest in room 232 extended their stay for another 3 days. Room 225 late c / o 2 pm restaurant employee.

 236 wants a 3am wake up call

 * Rm 322, Terence Ndeh, did not check out, had belongings in room, was not able to reach him, extended room for another night. wd

 Opera and the server crashed early this morning. I called Opera support tech and they were able to get the system back working at 6:44 am. Guest in room 409 would like to extend their stay until Saturday morning. I was unable to do so or see if there's any availability due to the  system being down.      Guest in 325 would like her rewards points transferred to her personal account if possible. She stated She employer originally reserved the room but did not send over the Direct payment information and she had to pay for the trip and would the points if possible. I told her I wasn't sure if that was possible but I'd look into it.

Try if you can not to rent 415 and 419 I guess, but use if needed. 

One breakfast voucher was missing a attached receipt in Alondra;s Hernandez restaurant stack.       Guest in 419 requested a late c/o at 12 pm her flight was canceled. If anyone is  looking for the baggage holder she may have it. Guest in 409 stated he was told he could pick up his breakfast voucher today, I checked his reservation and the rate code is IVANI until the 28th.I did relay that it didn't appear that his stay came with breakfast but he was adamant. I was told in the past rather than argue with the guest to give them a voucher and management will figure it out later. Can someone please look into this as I'll be here tomorrow morning if he requests another one.  345 1pm c/o Brennon I forgot the room number I called u about for the booking res that was the wrong rate but I remember it was 1 night 167 something before tax and 182 after but we were charging her 191 after tax. I did adjust the rate but I must of wrote down the room number wrong. Sorry super busy. Also 251 should be checked in not sure what happened when I checked them in but the card got removed. I contacted the guest and he said it was pending on his card so didn't want to get double charged. He did show me his bank acct where it was a pending transaction but no clue as to what I did. Sorry if there is a bunch of mistakes today it was super nuts today.

He stated the entered his room and took all the towels but didn't return any or leave any soap, shampoo and etc. He stated he is good for tonight but he would like his room to be restocked tomorrow. Wasn't able to charge Douglas Jordan for a no show. The card on file failed and there was no history of any other payment form.  217 needs a pet fee attached to their stay. I forgot the price if its $25 or $20. There's a stack key cards in the back that wouldn't program. the key card machine kept rejecting the cards.

Remember crew I keep the cabinets in the store area stocked with soda and candy every week. So that when were actually stocking the shelves we don't have to go back and forth to the closet. If he's not in the room they can still go in  had an issue with homeless kid trying to "rent" a room kept saying her owned it already. he eventually left quietly. opera is double booking reservations for some reason so watch the oxy carefully.  SOU basketball guests are getting charged for just tax so i did not check anyone out or give receipts it needs to be fixed had complaints on the LACK OF CLEANLINESS of rooms everything from food crumbs in the sheets and hair in the tub to garbage left in room.

Upon coming on shift she requested 2 sets of bed linens due to starting her menstrual cycle. Her boyfriend stated the bed was soiled.   2. Was unable to Bill Eric Horeis as a no show, the reservation was made by Tiffanie. Entered as "CP" payment but comments stated to bill another credit card. Was unable to bill card mentioned. 3. Guest in room 240 is missing her car keys would like management to check loss and found its a key fob with 3 keys. 

 Remember guys every shift is to be checking the CLC website and making sure all reservations have been either checked in or out of the CLC system. I had a guest that was due out on the 5th and didn't get check out tell the 11th. Lets make sure were all checking so we don't loose out on any money

☝ Rm 207 had a luggage cart in the room with stuff on it. If they ask, Shawn, a manager, took the stuff off and brought it down. They cannot keep the carts in the room, we only have 2 for 150 rooms. Thanks. ☝

 1. Security came to do their checks and found a truck in the back parking lot the lady stated Another employee gave her permission to park there when she is on shift. The security told her that was not allowed and asked her to leave, they took pictures of her vehicle and stated it was their protocol to have to send the photos to management and their boss.  2. Guest in room 448would like a stay over. Their card was declined for 2 nights. She stated she had to get in touch with her father in the mother to add more funds to her card and will be down to book another night.

 228 came in early to check in but his room wasn't ready but he wanted me to do the check in process. He's all checked in just needs his keys that are in the drawer Make sure when your checking rooms out to look at the actual charges that are being charged. The Country Supplier Group is supposed to be posted to the PM room 9019 but for some reason some of the taxes are staying in the reservation so make sure to transfer the transaction and not charge the card that's on file for only 4 bucks. Lets avoid multiple charges for 1 card. Slow down and pay attention please

 1. I noticed a note from accounting about a missing kids coupon. I went in the pervious audit report and located the coupon and made a copy and placed it in the pile for accounting. 2. 235 was a no show he is a B2B guest. I did not charge it as a no show just in case he shows up today.

 B2B reservations for tomorrow 234, 235, 330, 335 & 348. The reservation for Tuesday is on a CC auth full pay so I went ahead and made the guest keys for 2 days. So they just need checked out and back in  Rm 230 has a different vehicle in the parking lot tonight only. GMC Canyon 095 HBK 302 was supposed to be a DB to the department of corrections. I'm couldn't get it to let me change or even add the DB acct.  I went ahead and stocked the cabinet that's under the candy with a small amount of each soda that way we don't have to make a bunch of trips to restock the cooler. Also remember there is ice cream in the maintenance office to stock that cooler. It was almost empty when I stocked it today. 1. Billing issues for room 434. not sure why her card has been charged over 400.00 when she does not even check out till tomorrow also she pre paid. this needs to be fixed immediately. I do not know how to reverse these charges or when or why her card was charged. 2. Mr. Pat McGuire had reservation for Jan 27-31 called expedia to cancel due to illness was charged 33.  from expedia, he then called here and was advised that he would be charged the one night for a no show however that was not the case his card was charged for the entire reservation dates amount was over 600.00 he would like the charges reversed and a manager to call him asap. AND NO OUTSIDE ACTIVITY. IF ANYONE LETS SOMEONE UNAUTHERIZED IN such as to warm up or shelter it will conclude in a write up. So please for the safety of staff and guests lock doors at night and tell people who ARE NOT guest they have to leave and cannot loiter in or around the hotel. Thank you.

 1. Guest in 333 Paul Carlson  stated there is burn marks in the carpet in his room, he took a picture and wants to make sure he is not charged for damages. He stated it look they may be cigarettes burns. Guest in 318 Wants to move rooms bed was uncomfortable.
